Innovate Security have over 10 years experience in the security system industry, specialising in home security and network based security systems.
Innovate are a small family run company, offering an excellent customer focused service.  A large portion of our business comes from returning customers, which proves that our services are first class!


Installation terms and conditions
All prices listed on this site exclude VAT , which is charged at 20% at present. All of the prices quoted on our web site are strictly a starting price and are used as a guide to give our customers an idea of what an standard installation will cost.
We always like to try and achieve these prices for our customers but it is not always possible for many reasons such as – layout and design of the building, length of cable runs and the ease of installation.

Payment
We usually require a 25% deposit pior to installation, this can be payable via Google checkout, PAYPAL, cash, cheque,  or BACCS  payment, this deposit is non-refundable.
Our installation services are charged at £250 per day when required, this cost is based on 8 hours on site.
Upon completion of works, a receipt and completion certificate will be signed by both the customer and engineer, indicating that all parties are satisfied with the installation and that full payment should be made.

Callout
24hr emergency callout is available and is charged at £45 for a local callout, this includes 1 hour on site, then £35 per hour there after, this is based on 15 miles from the engineers base.
Out of hours callout - sunday / evenings, is charged at double our standard rate.

Qualifications / Certifications
Innovate engineers hold full 17th edition electrical wiring qualifications, HNC electrical qualifications and are CISCO Certified network engineers.
Innovate are also Axis chennel partners and D-LINK accredited.
We also participate in many review and refferal programes such as free index and service magic, who only recommend competant and trustworthy companies.
